Change

It’s strange, “nothing is so painful to the human mind than a great and sudden change.”

The Earth’s axis is slightly tilted in relation to its orbit around the sun. Meaning, whether we are ready or not, change has won.

Change is like falling in love with a rosette sunset, yet our attachment will disappoint once the sun sets.

However, when we return at the same time tomorrow, we’ll omit yesterday’s sorrow our temporary attachment shall return.

But when will we learn? Change is just a turn.

With Spring comes feelings of renewal and awakening. The leaves return from vacationing and the breeze is calm and serene.

Ya’ Amine, we are keen. Yet lost in a simple routine.

When summer arrives, to our surprise, the breeze will not apologize for its scorching temperature, whatsoever. Perhaps, we’ll get clever

As change never stops. It’s like a clock with a continuous tick-tock, non-stop

Until we welcome Autumn. Soft as cotton she comes and goes, as Winter advances to keep us on our toes.

He’s unapologetic and stern. A concern, to those who desperately await Spring’s return. But when will we learn?

Everything is non permanent. Semi-permanent, like a rosette sunset with a touch of all hues. Orange, red, a little blue, these are the clues!

In a few hours, clouds will tower or there may be showers and the sunset that was once “ours” will lose its turn.

When will we learn?
